E3 Staff Expands to Serve Schools

A E3 is pleased to announce the following staff additions:

Donna Acord, Assistant Director for the E3 Oregon Small Schools Initiative.  Donna has extensive experience in education, as a dean in community colleges, in international education, and through school business partnerships for Portland Public schools.  In her recent community college work, Donna was managing a comprehensive alternative high school program which included two Gates’ funded early college programs, and work with charter schools and boards.  Jennifer Sattem, Data Analyst.  Jennifer has a masters degree in public policy from Oregon State University and previously worked for a school district in the state of Texas.

The following indiviudals have been appointed E3 School Change Coaches: 

Kathleen Bebe has a masters degree in education and has over twenty-years experience working as a teacher, principal and administrator.  Prior to join ing E3 she served as the assistant director, elementery education, for the Salem-Keizer Public Schools.  Eva Bogue was previously the director of campus outreach for the Kamehameha schools Hawaii campus in Kea’au Hawaii.  Eva has a master degree in education from Stanford, and she has served as a teacher, school principal and administrator.  Gaylen Brannon has extensive teaching experience working in Portland Public Schools and has managed eduation programs and led workshops on training in systems thinking for the Waters Foundation. Marilyn Lahue has a masters in teaching and has extensive experience in differentiated instruction, professional learning communities, and teaching and creating AP courses and syllabi.  She was previously the School Change Coordinator at Newberg High School.  Jill Neyenhouse has a masters degree in education and extensive experience in teaching and administration. She was most recently the acting principal for the Wind River Middle School in the Stevenson-Carson School District in Washington State.
